HR Analytics Dashboard – Power BI Project

This interactive HR dashboard was developed in Power BI to provide a unified, data-driven view of human resources performance across key areas: demographics, employee attrition, and individual satisfaction. It enables HR teams to move from reactive reporting to proactive workforce planning.

📍 The Problem

In many organizations, HR data is siloed and managed manually across tools like Excel or legacy systems. This creates several challenges:

  • ❌ No centralized view of workforce structure and dynamics
  • ❌ Slow, manual demographic and attrition analysis
  • ❌ Lack of visibility into employee satisfaction over time
  • ❌ Difficult to detect early attrition risks or diversity imbalances
